Madu Manis Kitchen at Komaneka Rasa Sayang is a cool and spacious terrace overlooking the pool and lush tropical vegetation. The menu features Mediterranean cuisine - such as classic Moussaka; Mahi-Mahi Normande: Grilled mahi-mahi fillet with mussel-wine sauce and sauteed carrot & zucchini; and Meze: Assorted keftes, chicken and fish kebab, salad and pita bread with dipping sauce - as well as luscious Indonesian dishes, such as Sapi Daun Basil: Stir-fried sliced beef with red spices, paprika, long beans and basil with steamed rice.

The Dessert Menu includes the Komaneka Crepe filled with braised apples, grapes and fruit minestrone; and Mango a la Monkey: Sliced mangos and bananas sauteed in coconut milk caramel with vanilla ice cream.

The Drinks List offers fresh juices, Indonesian and imported mineral waters, classic and innovative cocktails with imported spirits - such as the Purple Vodka with fresh red dragon fruit, lime juice, coconut milk, sugar and vodka - and Komaneka's own homemade Ginger beer made from fermented fresh ginger with sugar and lime juice. The wine list has local and imported wines.
